Dear Paul, Andrea and Julie, Knowing and loving Margaret will leave an impact on our lives forever.  She was a truly unique and wonderful person and her influence will live on in all who had the priviledge of knowing her.

I will always remember my good friend, Marg, for her kind and loving spirit and her wonderful sense of humor.  Her beautiful smile will forever stay in my memory. Margaret you were one of the most caring people I have ever met. You always found the time to be there to talk to when someone needed you. You will always be remembered and missed.

I want to tell you both how very sorry I am to hear of the passing of your Mom.  I remember well how much Margaret enjoyed the two of you and encouraged and appreciated your individuality.  No doubt, she was very proud of you both and she leaves a wonderful legacy.  Take care - my thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of Marggieâ€™s passing. I will always have fond memories of her.  She was truly a kind person.  I remember an occasion when I was about 12, visiting relatives in Canada.  We were getting ready to head up north to go camping (going on Holiday, as you say in Canada), when Marggie asked if we were â€œtenting.â€  I misunderstood and asked â€œtenting what?â€.  We all had a little laugh.  Marggie, you will be missed, but never forgotten.

 Margaret was a much-loved and loving daughter and sister.  We will miss her tremendously, but will treasure her memory always.

When I was young Margie was my Sunday School teacher.  She taught us verses like "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.
She has that everlasting life.
Jesus said, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Margaret will be missed by all.
My sincerest sympathies to all her family.


I want to leave a message here that would convey just how much Margaret's passing has affected me, but I can't find the right words. In lieu of writing something new, here's an excerpt from a message I sent to her on Jan 11th this year, which I'm hoping she received and read:

"I know I've said it before, but you have been (and still are) so very helpful and kind during the time I've known you through Craft, and I feel my life -- and by consequence, those around me -- has been truly bettered due to knowing and working with you. Please have strength and get through this, knowing that there are many, many people who care about you."

She had written to say that she hadn't been well over the Xmas holidays, and that new treatment had been approved. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her after that.

Margaret will live on in the memories and minds of those she touched, and all the more so for how kind, generous, and understanding she was of those around her. I will miss her greatly.

It is with profound sadness that we heard of the parting of Margaret. We had the joy of spending a few moments together and they will be cherished....such a warm, caring and friendly person. We are so sorry they could not save her :'(

I am so sorry to hear of Marg's passing, she was a dear friend to my Mother Joanne for many many years.  You are all in my thoughts.
