Peacefully at Queens Garden Long Term Care Residence on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at the age of 84. Devoted wife and best friend of the late Keith for over 60 years. Loving sister of William (Isabelle), the late Raymond (Connie), and the late James (Barbara). Loving Aunt of John, Mark, the late David, Debbie, James, Rebecca, Sheila, and William, and many great-nieces and great-nephews. Mary will be missed by relatives and numerous friends. She was a long time employee of the Bank of Nova Scotia (main branch Hamilton). Special thanks to the staff of Queens Garden’s, and also a very special thank you to Annah and Dr. Mark Levy. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main St. East (east of Sanford), on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel on Friday, January 31, 2014 at 11 a.m. Reception to follow. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
