Mile (Mike) Marijan

Beloved brother of Sofija Ognjenovich of Backa Topola Serbia. Predeceased by his sister Mirjana, brother Djuro (George) and sister-in-law, Marta (Verina). Loving long-term companion of the late Rosie Libiec. Mike will be deeply missed by his nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends, especially Rick Laschner and family.

Always to be remembered with the utmost affection as ‘Uncle Mike’ by his niece Tanya, husband Gord, and children Veronika and Nikolas, who were blessed to share many treasured memories with him in his later years.

Mike loved reading, dancing, and swimming. He was a kind-hearted, gentle soul. His humour, laughter, good nature and bright smile will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A special thank you to the staff at Mount Nemo and Hampton Terrace, for their exceptional care and compassion.

The family will receive friends at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Avenue East, Hamilton, on Monday, March 17, 2025, starting at 11 am with a funeral service to follow in the chapel at 12 noon. Interment to follow at Mt. Hamilton Cemetery.
