Passed away peacefully at his cottage on Friday, August 26, 2011 at the age of 88. Predeceased by his beloved wife Luba. Loving father to Laura Avila and Anne Bettiol and grandfather to Sarah and Megan. He will be missed by all who knew him. Friends may visit at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton on Monday, August 29th from 2-4 and 6-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held at Holy Veil of Holy Mother Russian Orthodox Church, 77 Sanford Avenue South, on Tuesday, August 30th at 10am. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. For the funeral, parking is available at the funeral home.
