Patricia Ann Costanza

Patricia Ann Costanza (nee Lack) , Passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 29, 2018 in her 86th year at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Charlie for 64 years. Cherished mother of Chris (Cathy) and Matt (Carol). Loving sister of Bill (Diane).

Patricia spent many happy winters at Old Bridge Village in Florida, where she played bridge and participated in many clubhouse activities and functions with neighbours and friends.

She will be affectionately remembered and greatly missed by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and dear friends.

A very special thanks to her angels at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice for their compassion and support. In lieu of flowers, donations to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

A private family interment has taken place at Holy Sepulchre Catholic Cemetery. A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday September 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine of Siena Roman Catholic Church (formerly known as Our Lady of Lourdes), 416 Mohawk Rd E, Hamilton. The Memorial Mass will be followed by a Celebration of Life at noon in the Church hall.
