Peter Anthony Sarnelli

December, 11th 1947 - July 28th, 2016

It is with great sadness, that we announce the passing of Peter Anthony Sarnelli with his loving family by his side on Thursday, July 28, 2016. Beloved husband of Susan Sarnelli for 42 wonderful years. Loving father of Angela Sarnelli (Andy), Dora Ciriello (Vince), and Carmen Sarnelli (Samantha). Adoring Grandfather of Alyssa, Nicholas, David, Gabriella and Sophia. Dear brother of George Sarnelli (Dianne) and Danny Sarnelli (Wendy). Uncle to Stephen (Brittany) and family, Michelle (Matt) and family, Anthony and Julia. Son of the late Carmine and Dora Sarnelli. Peter was born in Pettorano Sul Giozio, Italy and moved to Canada in 1954. He is survived by many loving cousins and friends. Peter was a great man with a gentle heart and an amazing sense of humor. His greatest love in life was his children and grandchildren. His greatest joy in life was working everyday with his son Carmen, his best friend forever. A special thank you to Dr.Schweitzer, Laura Milligan and staff and also to Renata Vaughan RRT, to whom we could not thank enough for all of their support and compassion. As per Peters request, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 6th 2016, at 9:00am at Incarnation of our Blessed Lord Roman Catholic Church (corner of Barton Street and Nash Road) Hamilton.
