Peacefully, passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital on May 12, 2013 in her 71st year. Beloved partner of Pat Harris. Loving mother of Shirley (Kimm Brown) and Kevin (Lori). Cherished gramma of Connor and Morgan. Dear sister of Madeline Piper (Dave Monaghan), Bud Woodfine (Diane), Shirley Ferguson (Robert) and Rob Woodfine (Mary). Predeceased by her parents Victor and Gladys Woodfine and her brother Ed Woodfine. Phoebe will be sadly missed by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Anil Kapoor and his staff at the Juravinski Cancer Centre, as well as, the doctors and nurses of the Hamilton General Hospital for their care. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 18th, 2013, at St. Paul's United Church, 42 Tragina Avenue North, Hamilton. Please join the family for a reception at the church hall immediately following the Memorial Service. Donations to your charity of choice would be appreciated in lieu of flowers.
