Robert "Bob" Kenneth Hatch

Beloved husband of the late Sheila for 53 years. Loving father to Kelly and Dwayne Smith and Kevin Hatch. Cherished “Pa” or “Papa” to Taylor and Sam Hanlon, Tianna Smith and Leah, Megan, and Logan Hatch and Hunter Dixon. Predeceased by grandson Tyler Smith (2019). Survived by his sister Marg Cheyne, brother Doug (Bev) Hatch, sister-in-law Lynda (John) Zonneveld and his many nieces and nephews. Lovingly remembered by Krystal Harris. Bob was a volunteer and former player of the Dundas Blues Hockey Association and an avid Detroit Red Wings fan. Bob enjoyed watching his grandchildren play baseball. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Thursday September 12th from 5-8pm. A Service of Remembrance will take place on Friday September 13th at 11am in the chapel. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Bob to the Cancer Assistance Program (CAP) or Dr. Kemp’s Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family. Bob was such a huge Hockey, Baseball and CFL Football fan. His request is that family and friends wear their favourite jersey to his visitation.
