Beloved husband of 62 years to Melina Parker (nee MacDonald). Loving father to Robert, Grant (Shari) and Gary (Julie). Cherished grandfather to 8 and great-grandfather to 5. He will be deeply missed by his siblings Al, John (Ingrid), Carol as well as nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Robert was a huge fan of the Hamilton Tiger Cats and will be lovingly remembered for his love of wine & chocolate bars. He was a loyal member of IBEW Local 105 for 62 years and served as the assistant business manager and long time member of the executive board. He was also the Charter President of the Optimist Club of East Hamilton.
Graveside Service will be held at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, 700 Chapel Hill Road Stoney Creek on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at 11am.
As expressions of sympathy donations can be made to the Brothers helping Brothers at IBEW Local 105.
