It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Tammy on Saturday, March, 12, 2011, in her 34th year. Sadly missed by partner James. Adored mother of Vanessa, Lydia, Lindsay, Andrew and Joseph. Forever in the hearts of mother Donna (Darcy) and father Joseph. Cherished granddaughter of Irene Poelmann. Much loved by stepbrother Brandon. Predeceased by brother Daniel. Will sadly be missed by special Aunt Jen and Uncle Terry,as well as several other aunts,uncles, cousins and friends. Tammy’s warm spirit will be missed by all. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 17th at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME 322 Fennell Ave. East from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday from 9 a.m. until the service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
