Teofilo Ponce

Teofilo Ponce passed away peacefully early Saturday morning. He leaves behind seven children, seventeen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. He was the loving husband of Petronila Ponce, caring father of Helena Valencia and grandfather of Krystal and Marlie Valencia. He was an influential man and father figure to countless: Jordan Labuanan, Kyzie Javier, Greg Coquia, Kristian and Nathan Mangaoil, Christopher and Rachel Luczon, Kenneth and Leanne Quirafu and many more. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 1309 King Street East (across from Gage Park at the delta) on Monday, January 10, 2011 and Tuesday January 11, 2011 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (260 Herkimer Street) on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 11 am. Cremation to follow.
