Thelma Ferguson

Peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on Saturday, February 12, 2011 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband William A. Ferguson in 1997. Loving mother of Ron (Beverly), David (Debra), Blair (Sandy) and Kevin (Debbie). Cherished nana of Pamela, Wendy, Rebecca (Wayne Duncan), Devin (Alicia), Adam (Tammy), Heather (Richard Jensen), Alison, Timothy (Kristy), Michael (Brittany) and Billy; great nana to Michael, Samuel, Shelby, Henry, Colby, Aurora, Curtis, Olivia, Sabrina, Caylem, Landor, Saul, Brayden, Gavin, Tyler and Ryan. Survived by her loving sister Myrtle (Edward Vaters). Predeceased by her sisters Margaret, Minerva, Anne, Clara, Mary and by her brothers Malcolm, David, Dan-Willie, Lloyd and Sonny. Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Thelma was formerly of Glace Bay, Cape Breton, N.S. Visitation at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East, on Tuesday, February 15th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at The People’s Church, 510 Mohawk Road West, on Wednesday, February 16th at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
