

After a long 2 year courageous battle with Cancer we are sad to announce the passing of Tyler. Tyler was surrounded by his family when he passed away on July 1st, 2019 at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice at the age of 21. Tyler is survived by his parents Kelly and Dwayne and his sisters Taylor and Tianna. Lovingly remembered by his Papa Bob Hatch, Gram Linda Smith and Grumpus Norm Talbot. Tyler was predeceased by his Nana Sheila Hatch. Loving nephew to Kevin Hatch, Denise and Bill Greenhaulgh, Cliff Talbot, Krystal Harris, Lynda and John Zonneveld, Marg Cheyne, and Doug and Bev Hatch. Tyler will be sadly missed by cousins Leah, Megan and Logan Hatch, Courtney Miller and Zack Greenhaulgh. Tyler will be forever remembered by his extended family and friends. A Special thank you to Dr. Tozer, Dr. Shaw, Dr. Slaven, nurse Jodi and the staff at Juravinski Cancer Centre, Dr. Grad and the staff at the Prosthetic Rehab Centre and the nurses and volunteers at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice. A special thank you to Tyler’s Gage Park Softball family, Janet Lee School and Staff, and his extended Louisiana family. A big heart felt thank you to Carlos Hernandez for being “nurse” Hernandez during Tyler’s many hospital stays. You are an amazing friend. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Ave. E., on Thursday, July 4th from 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will take place on Friday, July 5th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Inurnment will follow in Woodland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Tyler’s memory to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated.
