Wallace James Carter

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our Dear father, Loving Papa and Brother on Monday, August 23, 2021. Predeceased by his loving wife Eleanor (nee Atwell) Carter whom he was married to for 48 years.

Lovingly remembered by his children; Wally Carter, the late Joan Carter (Dennis), Donna Carter (Dean), the late Barbara Carter-Simpson, Jimmy Carter, the late Victor Carter, Joe Carter, and Horace "John" Carter (Kim). Cherished Papa of William Stoppard, the late Jeannie Lynn Stoppard, Justin Carter, Brian Gunn, Adam Gunn, Missy Sall, Tricia Manning (Jeff), Daniel Carter, Sarah Rolfe, Jessica Arsalides (Theodore), James Carter (Tenneil), Mike Borelli (Melissa), Jason Simpson, Jackie Simpson, Mark Carter (Rebekka), Catie Carter (Matt), Josie Carter, Krystal Carter (Guillermo) and 27 Great-grandchildren. Loving brother of Helen Tozer (Jim), Suzy Salisbury (Jim), Stan Carter (Rose), the late Cecy Cloutier (Albal), Jackie Carter (Glenda), Bill Carter (Sharon), Joey Carter, Amy Rolfe (Bobby), and Ron Carter (Victoria). Wally is also fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. A very special thank you to Theodore Arsalides for all he has done for the family at this time.

A Memorial Dinner for family and friends will be held at the Galley Pump, 365 Wentworth St N, Hamilton on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 4:30-6:30 pm.
