Beloved Husband of Halya (nee Lunyk) for 41 years. Loving father of Andriy Gizyn. Cherished brother of Mary Scarfo and brother-in-law Mario Scarfo. Loving uncle to Ani Child and Michael Scarfo.
Bill was a proud member of his beloved Ukrainian-Canadian community in the Golden Horseshoe and a career scientist at the Phyto-toxicology Section, Air Resources Branch at the Ministry of Environment. Bill will truly be missed by his family, friends, colleagues and relations across Canada, the US and Ukraine.
