She was the wife of the late Reverend Joseph T. Williams. A beloved mother, wife, and friend, she left behind four children, eleven grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. Born July 2, 1929 to the late Martha and James Duff, she is survived by her sister Rosalie Lackey of Hampton, VA.
Services to celebrate the life of Anne will be held on Saturday, February 14 at 1:00 p.m. at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, 5767 Sellger Driver, Norfolk, Virginia 23502.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 6350 Center Drive, Norfolk, VA 23502.
