Annie Ruth Todd

She worked for F.W. Woolworth Co. for over 45 years. Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was extremely proud of her family. She loved working in her yard and playing Bingo.

Ruth is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Donald Todd. She is survived by her sister, Ruby Beach of Hampton; two daughters, Donna Connell of Hampton and Rhonda Stone (Mark) of Newport News; four grandchildren, Chris Millette (Kim), Brian Millette, Kevin Connell (Sophia), and Cody Connell, all of Hampton; and three great-grandchildren, Ayden Millette, Brianna Millette, and Kensley Connell.

The family will receive friends 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home immediately followed by a service at 6:30 pm in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Joe Hunt officiating. A burial will be held privately at a later date.

The family wishes to thank Riverside Hospice, Angela Stone, and all those who helped care for her.
