Barbara Ann Bruhn

Barbara Ann (Brock) Bruhn, 58, of Hampton Virginia, was called home to be with her heavenly father, October 2 2019. Barbara was born in Honolulu Hawaii on June 21st 1961 to parents Jesusa Bombaro and Robert Brock. She attended school in the Hampton roads area and graduated from Kecoughtan High School in the summer of 1979. Barbara was married to Mark Bruhn on January 19, 1993 and they had a son by the name of Seth Bruhn whom she loved very much. Barbara was a journeyman in her life working many jobs though she was most proud of her time with NASA Langley Research and as an educator with Hampton and Virginia Beach City Schools. Barbara was also very fond of attending church and was deeply religious always with a helping prayer or word of wisdom to whom ever may have needed it. Most importantly, Barbara loved her family and spent her last days with her mother and sister where the three of them would have lunch and go shopping reminiscing of fond memories. Barbara is survived by her husband Mark Bruhn (Ex) mother Jesusa Bombaro and stepfather Anthony Bombaro; brother David Brock; son Seth Bruhn; nephews Austin Brock, Allen Jordan, Kai Jordan; cousins Susie Moore, Elena and John Pablo and countless more cousins, grand nieces, and nephews. Barbara is preceded in death by her father Robert Brock and sister Peggy (Brock) Werth. A Eulogy service will be held at Community Presbyterian Church, 400 Fox Hill Road, Hampton VA 23669, on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 12:00 pm for anyone who would like to pay their respects to Barbara or the family.
