Cecil was preceded in rest by his father, Cecil and brother, Chris. He is survived by his mother, Esther; sisters, Vicki (Danny) and Sue (Kerry); nephews, Chris and Christopher; and niece, Alexis.
A celebration of Randy’s life will be held at 5:30 pm on Friday, June 10, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with a visitation to immediately follow.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Diabetes Association.
