Chuck was born May 16, 1955 in Dayton, Ohio. He grew up in Roanoke VA, and was a resident of Staunton, VA most of his adult life.
He was a self-employed Hairstylist in Staunton where he was loved by his many longtime clients.
He is survived by his partner of 32 years Gary Holloway, Gary's mother, Felice Holloway and Gary's sisters, Sharon Bennett, Marsha Ames (Joe) amd Debra Andersen.
A visitation will be held on Saturday January 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home located at 2551 N. Armistead Ave, Hampton VA 23666, followed immediately by a graveside service at 1:00 PM
