Clarence's mother always said: "Two great men were born on February 12th – Abraham Lincoln and my son." Those words say it all. Clarence was a kind and gentle man with many loving friends.
Dr. Walter and Lillian Lovett and family were not only special to Clarence, but are to his entire family, as well. Also, special to Clarence was his McDonald's buddy, Ron Gonser.
The family wishes to thank Clarence's family physician of many years, Dr. Todd Weisman (whom Clarence thought the world of), for his kindness and loving care. Also, thanks to Dr. Edu Mohammed for his care and compassion; and to the nursing staff of Sentara CarePlex Hospital, 4 York River East.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM, Monday, March 7, at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, with services to begin at 11 AM. Burial will follow with military honors at Parklawn Memorial Park.
