We were saddened to learn about Ray.  His devotion to family and country was inspirational.  An honorable man we were proud to know.  He will be greatly missed by friends and family.

Thoughts and prayers go to Bow, Christopher and the rest of the family.  Ray was a friend to all and his loss impacts many.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Ray's dedication to self, family, and country was truly inspirational.  Yet, he found time to enjoy life and make those around him smile.  Our hearts, prayers, and Aloha's go out to Bow, Chris, and his Ohana.  He is sorely missed.  Ke Akua pu a hui hou! (God Bless and see you later…)

I first met Ray 15 years ago when I was working B-1 PDM at Tinker AFB.  He exuded professionalism as well as a calm, easy-going demeanor that made it so easy to work with him.  Ray was a very down to earth man, who always had an ear to ear smile, an infectious laughter, and I will never forget his help with the PDM "glove man".  We will always remember Ray with fond loving memories.

I truly enjoyed working with Chief Jackson while assigned to Langley. He definately had a way with finding humor in everything. He was a GREAT Chief, Mentor and Friend. He will be missed

I first meet Ray in 2002 and he impressed me with his professionalism.  I was equally impressed when I talked with him about his business and his eagerness to follow his dreams. Farewell my fellow Chief.

Ray and I grew up together as young airmen on the Dyess AFB flight line and reunited years later in Okinawa as CMSgts. He was an awesome friend, professional and mentor. He helped me to grow in many areas. We've lost a great man.  Bow, Chris and the entire Jackson family are in our thoughts and prayers.

I had the pleasure to work with Ray at 2 bases/3 jobs. I envied his calm demeanor and sense of humor, all the while being a professional.  He helped me out of some very stressful situations and was always there for advice.  Thank you for being there and teaching me how to be a better professional.  My thoughts prayers go out Bow and Chris.

It was a pleasure to work for Chief Jackson while we were stationed together in Okinawa, Japan.  He encouraged me to make the AF a career.  He will be missed.

It was a pleasure to serve with Ray in Okinawa and Langley.  A great man who loved his family.  We will pray for Chris and Bow and the rest of the family.

Ray Jackson…a great person, true professional and all around ‘good folks'.  It was my pleasure to serve and work with him on and off duty.  He will be missed.

For all the missed opportunities to do so, I say, "Thank you Ray."  You helped and guided me so many times...A Very Good man!  My condolences and prayers to your family.  May the Lord strengthen them and guide them during this difficult time.

Ray was an inspiration to everyone he came in contact with. He was a tremendous mentor to me and pushed me to achieve goals that I never imagined I could. The world has lost a great man and I am very blessed to have had Ray as a friend.  My thoughts and prayers are with you Bow and Chris.

Chief Jackson was one of my favorite people I've had the pleasure of working with in my 26 years in the Air Force.  He was not only an absolute expert in his field, he was also such a humble, friendly person.  In our short time together on staff he solidified in my mind what it means to be an Air Force family member and a true Chief Master Sergeant.  My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Ray was an awesome man and way way to funny. He was loved by all and will be missed more then he knows.

Ray was the consumate professional.  I enjoyed working with Ray and his sense of humor.  The world will be a sadder place without him.  Prayers for Bow, Chris and the rest of Ray's familiy and friends.

I had the honor to serve with Ray at Dyess AFB and to support him as he served the B-1 community while assigned to ACC.  He was a great mentor, friend, and a loss to all who knew him.  My deepest condolences to his family and know that he is in our prayers.

I had the pleasure of serving a couple of times with Ray and most recently saw him around 2007-2008.  He was a great man and helped so many in our Air Force.  My heart goes out to his loved ones!
