Daniel was a native of Ohio, but was a resident of Newport News, Va for over 50 years. He was a proud member of the United States National Guard and also retired from Virginia Power after 20 years of service.
Daniel is preceded in rest by his father, James Haley; mother, Virginia Haley; daughter, Kathleen Haley; and sister, Donna Matila. He is survived by his daughter, Diane Roman; grandchildren, Alex Roman and Diego Roman; and brother, James Haley.
