She was preceded in death by her parents, Jenny Lee Lankford and Jessie McCreedy; her beloved brother; and nephew, Jason.
Ellen is survived by her four children; sons, Eric and Mark Vandran; her daughters, Michele Vandran and Jennileigh(Charles); her granddaughter Searia and three great-granddaughters.
She was a devoted church goer and was a dedicated member of Ivy Memorial Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made in Ellen's memory to Ivy Memorial Baptist Church.
A visitation for Ellen will be held Monday, August 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia 23666, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
