Geraline “Geri” Clark Henderson, 76, a native and life-long resident of the Peninsula, passed away Sunday, March 14, 2010 at home. She was the first certified female fork-lift operator in Virginia. She also was a Virginia licensed Real Estate Agent.
Geri was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane Boyce.
Geri leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Harry B. “Buzz” Henderson; four daughters, Cathie Vaughn, Mattie Ann McKinney, Frances Brown and Teresa Johnson; stepson, Scott Henderson; step-daughter, Kary Schweig; brother Thomas Clark; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren dear friends, Marian, Terry and Tuya; her precious pets, Tori, Allie, Princess and her Cockatiel, Coco.

A Celebration memorial of Geri’s life will be held Monday, March 22 at 11 AM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home. Interment will be in Hampton Veterans Memorial Gardens.
