My heart sunk when I heard the news. I pray for peace and serenity for the family. God bless you Ms. Harriett.

To the children and entire family of my friend and classmate, my sincere condolence and prayers are with you at this most difficult time.  I've known your Mother most of my life she was a Wonderful person !

To the Scott Family.  I would like to offer my condolences in the loss of Harriet.  I remember being at her home in the summer many years ago.  She treated me well and made me feel welcome.  I have been involved with the family since I was 12.  I went to school with Harriet's sister-in-law Daphine, who also has passed.  I have pleasant memories of my stay in the Hampton area that summer.  You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

Harriet was more than a sister-in-law.  She was a dear friend.  I know she is in a better place and no longer suffering.  2 Cor. 5:1 says that if our earthly house is destroyed, we have a building from God not made with hands eternal in the heavens.  We will see you again, Harriet.
