Jennifer never met a stranger and was loved by many and will be missed by all.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Scott Chappell; son, Ethan; daughter, Abby; parents, Don Ragland (Maureen) and Darlene Johnson (Jimmy Depoy); brother, Chad Ragland; and of course her beloved pets, Lucy, Katie and Zoe. She is also survived by her parents through marriage, Steve and Gwen Chappell.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home, in Hampton. A celebration of Jennifer’s life will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the funeral home, with entombment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
