Born and raised with a strong work ethic and a love for helping others, John found great pride in his work as a mechanic. He had a natural talent for fixing anything with an engine, and he loved putting that skill to use for family, friends, and anyone in need.
John will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. His presence brought comfort, laughter, and a sense of steadiness to those around him. He was the kind of person people naturally gravitated toward—someone who listened without judgment, offered help without hesitation, and showed love without condition.
Outside of work, John cherished time spent with those he loved. His happiest moments were at the beach with his family, listening to music, or relaxing with a good action movie. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, his humor, and the way he brought people together.
John is predeceased by his beloved son, John Alexander Nieves Jr. He is survived by his mother, Maria Santiago; his siblings; his children; and his grandchildren, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.
John’s legacy lives on in the many lives he touched, and he will be deeply missed.
