Julie was a cosmetologist and a salon manger with Regis/Supercuts for 10 years. She was a graduate of Kecoughtan High School in 1996 and became a certified cosmetologist also in 1996.
She was preceded in rest by her parents, Fredrick and Kristi Tolman; grandparents, Clarence and Elizabeth Stacey and Kenneth and Bonnie Petersen. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Gary Wayne Vincent; sister, Valerie Jarrell; step-mother, Carolyn Tolman; step-sister, Karen Lloyd; and step-brother, Brian Loftis.
A celebration of Julie’s life will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at Greater Joy Outreach, 72 Walnut Ave., Newport News.
