"For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come. Therefore we must not be ashamed to tell others about the glory of his name. Don’t forget to do good and to share what you have with those in need, for such sacrifices are very pleasing to him."
— Hebrews 13:14-16
Linda now rests in the everlasting peace of her Savior, but before she departed she truly embodied the meaning of this verse. She lived with a heart full of kindness, and a deep love for God that she demonstrated through her actions.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and faith that will continue through her devoted family: her son Dewayne (Robin), her beloved grandchildren Amber (Nate) and Tyler, and her cherished great-grandchildren, Victor and Valerie.
A memorial service celebrating Linda’s life will be held on Friday, May 2, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park, in the Mausoleum, 2551 North Armistead Ave, Hampton, Virginia 23666.
