

A. Lucille "Lucy" Maust, a Hampton resident of 53 years, went home to her heavenly reward on March 28, 2011. She was born November 15, 1921 to her late parents, Jacob and Ida Miller of Roxbury, PA. She was the widow of the late Woodrow "Woody" Maust.
She is survived by sons, Ron W. Maust and wife, Brenda, and Woodrow Alan "Skip" Maust, both of Hampton; grandchildren, Nicole Maust Stuart and her husband, Chris of Hampton, Noel Maust Cavanaugh and her husband, Pat of Baltimore, MD, Tiffany Maust Caldwell of Hampton, Brock Ronson Maust and his fiancé, Laura Looney of Newport News, Mathew Benjamin Maust and his wife, Amanda of Richmond; great-grandchildren, Jasmin Lucille Caldwell of Newport News, Chase Andrew Wayne Caldwell of Newport News, Anthony Francis Coan, V of Norfolk, Shelby Grace Stuart, Chance Jersey Stuart, Cooper Christopher Stuart, and Brody Cole Stuart, all of Hampton, and Lucy Ava Cavanaugh of Baltimore, MD. Survivors also include her two brothers, Carl Miller and his wife, Evelyn of Roxbury, PA, and Jay Miller of Berlin, PA.
Lucy spent a lifetime of working in officers clubs in every duty assignment of her husband's, from Massachusetts to Germany and Langley. In 30 years, they had been assigned to seven different military bases. She spent a total of forty three years working in club management or as the catering director. Lucy loved giving parties and hosting many festivities on all holidays throughout the year.
Lucy will be greatly missed by a host of friends and her beloved family. Services will be private. No flowers please.
