Mary Kip Wheless Bradley passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. She was born in Newport News, Virginia, on August 28, 1967. A graduate of Kecoughtan High School, she went on to earn a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy from Old Dominion University. She married Dalton L. Bradley on December 18, 1996, and then moved to Fayetteville, North Carolina, where she has lived the last twenty-three years.
Mary Kip is survived by her boyfriend, Luon S. Taylor; sisters M. Paige Crowther and Amy W. Stepp; brothers-in law Robert F. Crowther and B. Mark Stepp; nephews James W. Maddox III and B. Alex Stepp; and nieces Amber S. Maddox and Nicole M. Stepp.
She was preceded in death by her husband Dalton L. Bradley, and parents Frank H. and Phyllis M. Wheless.
A visitation will be held on Friday, March 8, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services, officiated by Reverend William G. Lamont, will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 9, at Parklawn-Wood's main chapel.
