Pete was married to his wife, Amelia, for 34 years. He had five children, six grandchildren, and one great-grandson. Pete and his wife attended Open Door Baptist Church in Newport News. He spent forty years working in the Newport News School System in the maintenance department.
In his early years, Pete was a pit crew member at LAngley Speedway. He enjoyed time with his family and enjoyed watching Nascar.
Pete will be greatly missed by all.
Funeral services will be held at Parklawn Wood Funeral Home in Hampton on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM with interment at Parklawn Memorial Park immediately after.
