She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Edward Kaumi Kekoa, Jr. Survivors include her children: Shawn and Chris Dearhart, Dan Kekoa, and Lani and Justin Ashberry; siblings: Tess and Carmen Buccelli, Ted and Gertie Smiley, Bobby and Amy Smiley, and Joanne Smiley; grandchildren: Camran Kekoa-Dearhart, Dean Kekoa-Dearhart, Justin Ashberry, Jr., Jada Ashberry, Jasmine Ashberry, and Shayla Kekoa; and many beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, December 28, 2018 at Parklawn-Wood Funeral Home and Memorial Park.
