William Jaylin Brown, 20, passed away on April 19, 2018. He was born in Hampton, Virginia where he was also a resident. A celebration of William's life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday April 27, 2018 at the Chapel Mausoleum located inside Parklawn Memorial Park.
