Daniel is survived by his wife, Janet Evelyn Husband; his son Kory Cooper; his daughter Amanda Hathaway; and his daughter Theresa Husband-Parks. Dan is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and 3 brothers.

Daniel was preceded in death by his father Harold Bell Husband and his mother Helen Ruth Obert.
