Frances Eloisa Labayog Kalkis

Frances Eloisa Labayog Kalkis was born on December 3, 1960 to loving parents Victorino and Anita Juan Labayog in Manila, Philippines. She was the 9th child of 11 siblings. She immigrated to the United States in September 1979.

In August 1993, Frances married the love of her life, James Edward Kalkis of Napa, California and they moved to Hanford, California in 1997. They carried out their vows lovingly and faithfully for 25 years until her untimely death due to illness.

One of her proudest moments was becoming a United States Citizen in April of 1998. She loved her new country. Frances is a very loving, caring and creative person and enjoyed doing arts and crafts during her free time.

Frances is survived by her husband James, mother Anita, and siblings Lucy (Andy) Meyer, Ernie (Ann) Labayog, Becky (Rudy) Dela Cruz, Dixie (Ron) Bernardo, Cyndi (Gary) Picetti, Ahlu Labayog, Vic (Cathy) Labayog, Jr, Ramon (Rachelle) Labayog, Mike (Cathy) Labayog and Edward (Karen) Labayog, her many nieces and nephews along with her mother-in-law Edna Young, sister and brother-in-laws Cyndi (John) Prater and Steve (Michelle) Kalkis.

Frances loved all of her family and dearly loved being around them. To know her is to love her and love her we did.
