Irma Anabertha Ortega Vital

Irma was born to Tommy Lucero & Socorro Jimenez Ortega on February 23, 1963 in Fresno, California. Irma has been a resident of Selma, California all of her life. Irma married the love of her life 30 years ago, Blas Nicholas Vital, Sr. Irma cherished her family and adored her granddaughters. She loved to spend time with her family every chance she could. She also enjoyed her dogs. She loved all animals.

Irma was preceded in death by her father; Tommy Ortega. She is survived by her beloved husband; Blas N.Vital, Sr. of Selma, California; her only son and his wife; Blas N. Vital, Jr. and Julie of Hanford, California and she leaves behind her loving mother; Socorro Ortega of Sanger, California. Irma was adored by her two granddaughters; Alissa Ariel & Khloe Sky Vital of Hanford, California. She leaves behind her dear brothers and sisters; David Ortega of Selma, California, Ricky Ortega of Fresno, California, George Ortega of Selma, California, Thomas Ortega of Selma, California, Joe and his wife, Brenda Ortega of Selma, California, Danny Ortega of Fresno, California and Rudy and his wife, Dora Ortega of Sanger, California, Rosemary and her husband, Arthur Velasco of Selma, California, Irene Ortega of Fresno, California, Rachael Ortega of Selma, California, and Maryann Ortega of Selma, California.

A Rosary and Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church; 10355 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-8576. Services will conclude after the Mass with a private inurnment at a later date.
