Joyce was preceded in death by her father Benjamin F. England. She is survived by her mother June England-Evans of Hanford, CA; her two daughters Karen (Ruben) Hughes and Ginger Granger; son Brian (Shanna) Stephens, all of Georgia; 6 grandsons and 1 granddaughter; sister Mary Ann Fall of Hanford, CA; two brothers Ben England Jr of Armona, CA and John England of Oregon.
