Keith Denee Crain

April 8, 1947 ~ June 21, 2017

Keith was born on April 8, 1947 to Bobbie Lee & Alta Virginia Crain in Madison, Indiana. Keith passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at Kaweah Delta Medical Center in Visalia. The Kings County Board of Realtors, in addition to his family and many friends are mourning the loss of one of its

long time members.

Keith is survived by his wife Teresa, 2 brothers Dale and Jerry, 3 grandchildren Aubree, Shandon and Thomas and 1 great-granddaughter Hailee.

Keith is preceded in death by father Bobbie Lee Crain, Mother Alta Virginia Crain and his daughter Rhonda Crain.

Keith served honorably in the United States Navy, during which time he was stationed aboard 3 different aircraft carriers and the Naval Air Station in Siganella, Italy. His last duty station was aboard the Naval Air Station in Lemoore, California. After his retirement, he obtained his Real Estate Brokers license and co-founded Century 21 Equity Realty in Hanford, California. He then obtained his Real Estate Appraisers license and was working in that capacity until his passing. Even during his Real Estate career, he continued his entrepreneurial goals with his long time best friend and partner. They owned and operated 3 different businesses in Hanford; Princess Laundromat, Curtis Water Company and Simon & Son Septic Tank Company.

I was honored to be asked by Keith's wife to write his obituary and as I sit here doing that, I cannot help but to be thinking about all the good times that we shared in 30+ years. We served in the Navy together, obtained our Real Estate licenses at the same time, bought 4 different businesses together and, most importantly, loved each other as only best friends can do. Keith will be sorely missed by many.

Keith loved life and enjoyed traveling with his wife Teresa.

A Celebration of Keith’s Life will be held on Saturday, July 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Fellowship Church; 130 W. Myrtle St., Hanford, CA. Keith will be laid to rest at sea off the coast of San Diego, CA by the U.S. Navy.
