Lena O. Bettencourt

Lena is survived by her son Ron Bettencourt; her son Kenneth Bettencourt (Cindy); her son John Bettencourt (Lucy); her son Gerald Bettencourt; and her daughter Mary Ann Maciel (Mike); her sister Virginia Soares, her sister Velma Coelho, her sister Nancy Rocha, her sister-in-law Margaret Oliveira and her sister-in-law Kathy Oliveira. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Lena was preceded in death by her spouse Manuel S. Bettencourt Sr.; her father Antonio Perreira Oliveira and her mother Virginia Mendes Simoes; her brother Tony Oliveira; her brother John Oliveira; her brother William Oliveira; her brother Alvin Oliveira and her sister Mary Triguerio.

Recitation of the Rosary for Lena will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Brigid Catholic Church, 1005 N Douty St, Hanford, California 93230. Mass of Christian burial will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., 1005 N Douty St, Hanford, California 93230; Interment to immediately follow at Kings River Cemetery, 10499 Dover Ave, Hanford, California 93230.

Serving as pallbearers are Joel Bettencourt, Lucas Bettencourt, Derek Lawrence, Gerald Bettencourt, Joe Soares and Cameron Kawk.
