Margaret Anna Berry Uffman

Margaret was born to George Albert & Ane Margrete Paulsen Berry on November 7, 1923 in Kansas City, Missouri. Margaret went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Adventist Medical Center in Hanford, California. Margaret has been a resident of Hanford, California for the last 16 years. She was a beautiful, kind woman with a great sense of humor and her life’s passion was spending time with her family. She was always there for a family member’s graduation, recital, or performance. She loved listening to music (especially Neil Diamond), working in her garden, and church activities.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; George & Ane Berry. She is survived by her beloved husband of 12 years; Dallas Gene Uffman of Hanford. Margaret also leaves behind her loving children; Gary Pfister of Mount Orab, Ohio, Carole & Cliff Bryson of Fresno, California, Susie & Larry Butler of Page, North Dakota, Bill & Lisa Butts of Hanford, Rob & Marlene Beard of San Diego, California, Tammy & Terry Boyce Hanford, Teri & Pat Simas of Lemoore, California and Ted & Ali Uffman of Mt. Home, Arkansas and her dear sister; Mary Kincheloe of Lemoore, California. Margaret was a very loving grandmother to 14 beautiful grandchildren; 16 precious great-grandchildren; and one cherished great-great-granddaughter. She is in our hearts and minds forever.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at First Evangelical Lutheran Church; 9075 12th Avenue, Hanford, CA 93230 559-582-2463.
