
Michael V. Boschetti, 67 of Hanford, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on October 18, 2013. He was born and raised in Hanford, CA, graduated from Hanford High School in 1964, and received his B.A. from the University of San Francisco four years later. After college, Michael enlisted in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, serving as a Lieutenant in the artillery division, until honorably discharged in 1972.
Michael was a die-hard Dodger fan and enjoyed watching Sunday golf.
He is survived by his three children, Alison Pereira and husband Mike of Lemoore, Erin Boschetti of Bakersfield, Michael Ryan Boschetti of San Luis Obispo, and two grandchildren, Tyson and Kameron Pereira.
He leaves behind his mother Barbara Keenan, sister Vicki Tos and husband Lee of Hanford, and brother Stanley Boschetti and wife Diana of Utah.
He is preceded in death by his father Victor Boschetti.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Dr. Chen, the Da Vita Dialysis staff, Wilson’s Abbey Medi-Cab, The Remington, and Kings Nursing and Rehab for their compassion and care.
His children would like to invite family, friends, and former classmates to join them in celebrating their father’s life on Saturday, November 9th, at Ethel Reds (banquet room) in Lemoore from 1:00-4:00pm.
