Michael "Mike" Dennis Garrity

Michael was born to Charles Leo and Dorothy Irene Conley Garrity on January 5, 1965 in Brockton, MA. Michael passed away on Friday, Octoberr 14, 2011 in Fresno, CA. Michael was a resident of Hanford, CA for 5 years. Mike was a Limo Driver for 5 years and served proudly in the U.S. Navy.

Mike is survived by his loving wife of 10 years, Marilou "Malou" L. Garrity of Hanford, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents. Mike leaves behind his sisters and a brother; Patricia & husband, Joe Murphy of Brockton, MA, Diane Lema of Drums, PA, Deborah Sullivan of Lincolnton, NC and Danny Garrity of Brockton, MA. Mike also leaves behind Malou's family; Father & Mother-in-law, Jose & Julita Lababit of the Philippines, Brother-in-law & wife, Joselito & Margaret Lababit of Hanford, CA, Brother-in-law and wife, Manuel & Karen Lababit of Adelaide, Australia, Sister-in-laws, Bernadette Lababit and Monnet Lababit both of the Philippines. Mike has many precious nieces and nephews. He will be missed by all and was truly loved by all.

A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with a Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. at People's Funeral Chapel; 501 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-5591. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at St. Brigid Catholic Church; 1000 N. Douty Street, Hanford, CA 93230 559-582-2533 with Retired Veterans Military Funeral Honors. Burial will take place at a later date at Melrose Cemetery; 88 N.
