Peggy graduated from Tracy Joint Union High School in 1966. From 1992 to 2022, she lived in both Armona and Hanford, California. At M. Green & Company, she devoted 22 years of service to her work as a Certified Public Accountant: a steady and meaningful chapter of her life marked by commitment and reliability.
In her quieter moments, Peggy found joy in working on plastic canvas and scrapbooking. She loved books and especially cherished time spent cuddling her cats.
Peggy is predeceased by her first husband, Jimmy Parker (1974); second husband, Larry Minchew (1992); father, Merton R. Scott, Jr. (2004); mother, Arlene R. Sand (2007); and brother, John R. Scott (2019). She is survived by her sister, Barbara J. Scott, of Oregon, and many nieces and nephews.
Peggy leaves behind numerous family members and friends who will cherish her memory. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared here for the Minchew family.
