Simon is survived by his spouse, Peggy Valero; his daughter Angela Nicole Silva Preciado; his son Estephen Joseph Valero; and his son Christopher Seth Valero; his brother Domingo Valero, his brother Nicolas Valero, his brother Ralph Valero and his brother Benacio Valero. Simon is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Simon was preceded in death by his son Simon Manuel Valero; his father Simon C. Valero and his mother Anita Perez; his brother Valentin Valero; his sister Reyna Black and his sister Antonia Hill.

A Funeral Service for Simon will be held on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm at People's Funeral Chapel, 501 North Douty Street, Hanford, California 93230. Graveside Services will be on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 11:00 am at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, California 95322.

Serving as pallbearers are Estephen (Steven) Valero, David Lara, Oscar Preciado, Christopher Valero, Edger Armenta and Andres Lopez.
