Virginia Theresa Estrada McGill

Virginia was born to Prescelliano B. & Theresa (Romero) Estrada, Jr. on November 24, 1926 in Safford, Arizona. Virginia went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 3, 2012 in Hanford, California. Virginia was the youngest of her siblings; Jimmy Estrada, Louise Estrada, Carmen Alonzo, Beatrice Avilez. She was the last of her family still living.

Virginia had two beautiful children; Delores & Larry, who passed away in Vietnam. Virginia was a Homemaker her entire life. Some of Virginia’s life’s passions were; fishing, camping, singing and playing guitar. She was a long time member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church of Hanford, California. She was a member of the church choir where she sang and played guitars for weekly masses. She was cherished by her cat, Josephine for the last 7 years.

Virginia is survived by her loving daughter; Delores Starnes & husband Walter of Hide A Way, Texas along with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins who will truly miss her.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church; 10355 Hanford-Armona Road, Hanford, CA 93230 559-584-8576.
