Charles Henry Ward

Charles Henry Ward, 83 of Hanover, passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Born in Boston on January 29, 1940, he was the son of the late Charles and Eleanor (Cusato) Ward. Charles was employed by the MBTA for 35 years and owned the Ward Painting Company. He was a talented woodworker, crafting many beautiful pieces. Charles was also a very good cook and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Charles is survived by his wife Suzanne M. (Linnane) Ward and their children Christopher Ward and his wife Betsy of Pembroke and Paul Ward of Hanover. He was the brother of Kathleen McQueen and her husband James of Raynham and Eleanor Ward of Abington. Charles was the grandfather of Meaghan Ward, Joseph Ward, and Michael Ward, all of Pembroke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held at the Sullivan Funeral Homes, 551 Washington St, Route 53, Hanover, on Wednesday from 4-7PM. A funeral home service will be held on Thursday at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
