Francis “Frank” Andrew Howard, 87 of Braintree, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2017. Born in Boston on April 21, 1929 in Boston, he was the son of the late Owen Francis and Anna (May) Howard. Frank graduated from Boston English High School, Class of 1947. He was a clerk at the Office of Worker’s Compensation.
Frank enjoyed reading, classical music, photography, and target practice at the gun range. He was an original sponsor of the Boston Science Museum, member of the First Army Corp. of Cadets, and an associate of Boylston Schul-Verein.
