George Grant Jordan, 70 of Pembroke, passed away on Wednesday September 19, 2018. Born in Weymouth on September 11, 1948, he was the son of the late Malcolm and Wilhelmina (Scheurer) Jordan. George was the owner of Jordan Flooring. He enjoyed sailing, fishing, and loved spending time with his grandchildren. George served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War.
George is survived by his wife of 48 years, Jeannette (Pfister) Jordan and their children Kristie McLaughlin and her husband Michael of Bridgewater and the late Erik Jordan and his surviving wife Darrelyn of Halifax. He is survived by his grandchildren Sydney and Jack Jordan of Halifax. George was the brother of Ruth Dalton of Middleborough.
Visiting hours in the Sullivan Funeral Homes on Sunday from 4-7 PM. All other services will be private.
